About Blinx
Blinx is an AI UX research tool that sends synthetic personas through any website or screenshot and returns a narrated video of them navigating and thinking aloud, plus a heuristic findings report grounded in the Nielsen Norman usability heuristics, in minutes.
What Blinx does
You give Blinx a live URL, an uploaded screenshot, or a Figma frame exported as an image. Blinx generates a synthetic persona for your target audience, drives that persona through your interface while it narrates the experience in the first person, and compiles the friction points into a heuristic findings report. You get back a short narrated video and a written report, usually within a few minutes.
Who it is for
- Product designers and design leads who want a fast read before a design review.
- Solo designers and small teams without a dedicated researcher.
- Founders and product managers who want a shareable, specific UX critique.
- Agencies that want an artifact to share with clients.
How it works
- Enter a URL or upload a screenshot or Figma frame.
- Choose a synthetic persona (the audience whose perspective you want).
- Blinx runs the audit while the persona navigates and thinks aloud.
- Receive a narrated video and a heuristic findings report.
What Blinx is not
Blinx is a complement to real user research, not a replacement for it. It is a heuristic tool with a real error rate: it occasionally misreads elements, and it does not capture genuine human emotion, lived accessibility experience, or true task success. Treat the findings as a sharp first pass that catches common, well-established usability issues and prompts your own judgment, not as authoritative truth.
