Last updated: July 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Blinx ("we", "us"), operated by Blinx Inc. (54 State Street, Ste 804, Albany, NY 12207, USA), collects, uses, and shares information when you use our synthetic UX testing service. By using Blinx you agree to the practices described here.

To deliver the service, your data may be processed by the following providers, each under their own terms and privacy policies:

Google Cloud (Text-to-Speech)Generating narration audio for videos

Google (Ads)Advertising conversion measurement (see section 4, "Cookies and advertising")

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies and advertising

We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure whether our advertising works. When you visit Blinx, the Google tag (operated by Google LLC) may set cookies, including a first-party cookie named _gcl_au and, in some cases, third-party Google cookies, that let Google recognize when a visit or purchase followed a click on one of our ads. If you complete a purchase, we report that event to Google together with its dollar amount and an anonymous transaction identifier. We do not send Google your name, your email address, or any of the content you submit for analysis.

If you are visiting from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, advertising cookies are disabled by default. We do not show a consent banner; Google receives only cookieless, aggregate signals from these regions.

You can opt out of personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com or aboutads.info/choices, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Google's own practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy. Aside from the Google tag, Blinx sets no advertising or analytics cookies: our site analytics (Cloudflare) are cookieless, and product telemetry is strictly opt-in.

5. Data retention

Run artifacts (videos, reports, and associated data) are retained to make them available in your run history and are periodically removed when they expire. Account and billing records are kept as needed to operate the service and meet legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your data as described below.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), scoped access controls, and payment handling delegated to Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@thinkblinx.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Children

Blinx is not directed to children and is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
